Happy New Year! I have been praying so much about the coming year with the children, and am excited about where I feel God is leading! In keeping with Bro. Cody’s New Years goals, we in the children’s ministry have decided to have a new “theme” to start the year as well! Ours is “New Year ~ New Attitude”! Over the next two months we will be studying the Beattitudes and learning about how we can be more like Jesus, how we should treat others, as well realizing out part in God’s plan. I am excited, as well, that the children’s ministry is growing and we now will have 4 classes on Wednesday nights! The teachers on Wednesdays still need help (mainly to help with kiddo control)! We are also still asking for help during children’s church. We are looking for volunteers to take one Sunday a month on rotation, so that no one has to miss big church every Sunday!
